Instruction for improving air inlet system of CF250T-F
This procedure will improve airflow that is sometimes restricted by the air supply check valve.
The CF250T-F does not need the below parts to pass emissions.
1. Current Set-up
2. Remove the pipe and the clamp.
3. Remove the intake control valve.
4. Remove these parts.
5. Remove the air supply check valve
6. Install the following parts this will block off the
opening left by the air supply check valve
7. Parts installed correctly will look like this...
8. Block off the vacuum line, then re-install onto the joint.
9.The finished vacuum line should look like this.
